Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Welcome to Laguna Landing! Located only steps away from the Oceano Dunes and Pismo Beach is this large 2900 square foot home. Drive to the town close by or kick back and relax at the beach or take in views from the balcony. Please see the full description for more details. Cars do drive on this beach.

Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.
