Everything is new from the mattresses, paint, floors, furniture, TVs, etc. Walk to Northside Park for their scenic trails, large playground, picnic pavilion, fishing piers, events, etc. Easily walkable to McDonalds, Starbucks, Candy Kitchen, Dumser's ice cream, mini golf, shops + more!

The condo is located on the 3rd floor. it is a short 1.5 block to the beach. the condo also has a shared pool on the property. Lots of restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Right next to beautiful Northside park be sure to check out the park’s walking path & fishing pier
