There is a north facing courtyard. The area is totally private, allowing our guests to interact with us at their own level.

In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. A comfortable lounge/living room and bathroom with separate toilet are also downstairs. Up stairs is a generous bedroom with queen bed, ample storage, and a trundle bed for a little one.
