Petit Loft d'architecte Cosy au Coeur de Paris

Para su viaje en el corazon de uno de los mas tipicos barrios de Paris. Loft de architecto comodo disponible par la noche o la semana. Situado en el barrio St Germain (todavia necesita una introduccion? utilize Google!). El loft esta en la Rue Dauphine, la calle de las galerias de arte, restaurantes, cafe con vista del mas viejo puente de Paris, el Pont Neuf. La ubicacion es exceptional. En el centro de París, a unos 100 metros del río La Seine a menos de cinco minutos a pie de la catedral de Notre Dame, el Museo del Louvre, los jardines de Luxemburgo, las Chatelet Halles. El apartamento está situado en un edificio que tiene más de 200 años de antigüedad, sobre un tranquilo jardín lleno de flores (no hay escaleras que subir con las maletas!). El apartamento fue recientemente totalmente renovado e incluye: cama doble, ducha italiana, cuarto de baño, WC independientes, salon, cocina (con cereales, zumo de naranja, café, etc ...), donde puede cocinar si quiere! Wi-Fi gratuito, TV. Se proporcionan sábanas y toallas. Equipo de limpieza dos veces por semana para el alquiler semanal. Una botella de vino francés para nuestros inquilinos! Servicios adicionales disponibles por un suplemento. Estoy regularmente disponible para presentarle a la Ciudad, recomendar lugares segun lo que se quiere hacer y ver. Sólo deje sus maletas y disfruta de París! La entrada del edificio está protegido por un código de acceso digital, y la puerta del apartmento es una puerta blindada.

My studio apartment is petite, cozy and charming. Spectacular location in the heart of Le Marais. Just a few steps away from the typical Parisian hustle and bustle. Due to the size, my apartment is best for 1-2 people without a lot of luggage. I can’t make it any more clear how small this apartment is. So please do not book this if you value lots of space. The value is in the location. Easy self check-in (I allow early check in the day of arrival ok). Strict check out time. No luggage storage.

Beautiful and carefully designed and equipped loft very close the the trendy Canal Saint Martin. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, like Wifi, TV, big kitchen, comfortable bathroom, a lot of space to relax. Look at the pictures, they speak for themselves. The apartment is on the ground floor making it easy access, it still has great daylight all day due to it's many windows. Great for couples, families or groups of friends. Not good for events or parties.

Calme mais au coeur d'un quartier commerçant et très animé. Base de départ idéale pour visiter paris ou pour travailler. Linge de lit et serviettes fournies.

Véritable atelier d'artiste, habité par le peintre Georges Braque en 1911, dans une petite rue qui part de Pigalle. L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

Loft aménagé pour 4 personnes donnant sur la magnifique cour pavée d'un immeuble de 1869. L'appartement vient d'être entièrement rénové. Il est idéalement situé entre l'avenue des Champs-Elysées et la rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. Ce logement n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
