The apartment is located in the amazing Folkeparken, the largest public park and protected area on the island. The park has hiking trails, and cross country skiing in the winter. Telegrafbukta is located within the park, witch is known as a great place to experiance the northern lights. Other usefull amenities closeby include: gym and busstops 200 meters, Tromsø museum 550 m, grocery store 1,2 km and city center is within walking distance. Experiance the nature and urban living in close harmony

Small studio apartment in an old villa. Separate entrance. 18m2. Bathroom with shower and washing maschine. Kitchen with basic appliances. 10 min walk to city centre, 5 minutes to skiing/hiking tracks and recreational area perfect for wathcing the aurora borealis. 5 minutes walk to supermarket, 3 minutes to bus stop with connections to city centre, university, airport etc. House is currently under some renovations, however this will not affect the studio. Parking by special arrangement only.

That's why we offer you free rental of bicycles, snowshoes, canoes, firewood, barbecues and kayak for those with experience. The apartment is on the first floor and has large windows. It is in the nature surrounded by the ocean, white coral beaches, islets and reefs, you can see this trough the apartment windows. Park right outsidee and indside you really have everything you might need.

Liten enkel leilighet med sentral beliggenhet. Leiligheten består av inngangsparti, gang, kjøkken med spiseplass og sofa, bad og et soverom. Leiligheten ligger i nærheten av Fjellheisen/ Sherpatrappa, Ishavskatedralen, Tromsøbrua, bussforbindelser og butikk. Tromsø sentrum er 5 minutter unna med bil/ buss eller ca. 25 minutters gåtur. Busstoppet er under 100 meter fra leiligheten. Gratis parkering på tomten. Utleier bor i samme hus, men det er ulike innganger. Velkommen!
