Located in country close to Kerikeri, in park-like gardens within a small cattle & sheep farm. Cottage set up for 2 people but can accommodate 4 (or 2 individuals) using the pull out sofa in the living area and using the bathroom through the bedroom. Please tell us if sofa bed is required. Separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, coffee maker, airfryer, Wifi, TV. Set up for guests to experience the best of the Bay of Islands. We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.
