The entrance to the harbour of Castletownbere ( Irelands second largest fishing port) can be seen with the daily coming and goings of the fishing fleet. In the waters below the Bus basking shark, minke whale and dolphins are frequent visitors. The sun rising up over Sheeps Head Peninsula can make for an unforgettable breakfast !

Die Aussicht auf den Vierwaldstättersee, zum Pilatus, hinauf zur Rigi oder zu den liebenswürdigen Alpakas ist wunderbar. Umliegend hat es zwei weitere Campingfässer sowie fünf Campingpods. Get away from it all in a spectacular location, all to yourselves, on our wild upland farm. This is camping made easy in a comfortable shepherds hut with breathtaking views, amazing sunsets and plenty of birdsong. Basic facilities include a fire pit, cold water shower, pot washing sink and composting toilet. No wi-fi, just peace to enjoy the natural world. You can also take a guided walk with our Shetland Ponies and discover how we are combining farming with nature conservation.
