Private stand-alone cottage on a beautiful farm 1.5 hours north of Cape town and 30-40 minutes from Elands Bay. This is a very simple, off-grid, self-catering cottage with beautiful mountain views, a dam to swim in and hiking access to the entire 2000 hectare farm. The farm has established hiking and mountain biking trails, horse riding on request and established sport and trad rock climbing routes. The cottage has two fireplaces, a gas stove, fridge, a 'donkey' water heater and solar power.

Denmark Farm Stay - Karoo Hideaway Cabin

This Hideaway is situated just off our entrance road to your left. Good gravel road. The Karoo Hideaway offers an open plan kitchen/living room area with two day beds - single bed size. Ensuite bathroom - Shower and toilet and amazing outside bath tub and shower area on a big rock. Queen size bed and a toddler bed in the room. Day beds for 2 guest in the living room. Stoep and braai area. Feel free to hike around...do remember this is a farm and animals roam free.

Hannah’s Haven Little Roundhouse

Well-appointed, tranquil self-catering unit with en-suite bathroom, shower, basin and toilet. The Roundhouse has a kitchenette with an induction stove, kettle, microwave and a bar fridge with a little freezer space inside. The bedroom is air-conditioned and has access to the garden. You can enjoy your evening on the private little patio or use our braai area/ Weber braai. WiFi, Netflix and secure parking are available.

Our latest lodge tent is named Bakoor and you rent the whole self catering unit, hosting 2 people. We provide gate details so that you can come and go as you please, but we will always be available to assist with all your needs.
