A self contained, beautifully presented annex featuring a lounge/kitchen & flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 4 guests (2 single beds with a 3rd pullout bed upstairs and a single guest bed downstairs). There is limited headroom in places. Set in gated grounds with a pond & lawns, guests can use a fire pit, BBQ, outside pool table and seating areas. Ample parking.

The Annexe, Crick village

‘The Annexe’ is a private, modern studio apartment situated above a large garaging area in the secure grounds of Mulberry House and offers accommodation for one to four people. It has a large, light and airy main living area with a double bed and sofa bed (which can be made up to a single or double). A small but well equipped kitchen area is available, and a cosy lounge/dining area which provides flexible options during your stay. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Newly built Houlton development has many lovely countryside walks with a Coop, Park, David Lloyd Club & a highly rated restaurant all within walking distance. Hillmorton also offers canal walks, pubs & restaurants.

A peaceful, warm (twin skinned and insulated) and bright self-contained cabin set in a secluded mature garden and surrounded by beautiful countryside views. The Cabin has a shabby chic antique vibe. Whilst It is in a rural location, the cabin provides close access to London by both train (29-minutes to London St Pancras) and car (A1(M)) along with a short drive to the local market towns of Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City and the large town of Stevenage. The Barn is a pretty Cotswold-stone building in a quiet village. A great base for relaxing & visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Diddly Squat Farm Shop & The Farmer's Dog, Blenheim Palace or Bicester Village. Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

With Highland Cows as our neighbours, foxes, pheasants (and the occasional duck!) as our regular guests and ducks, geese and swans gracing our great lakeside view.

Set in the heart of the Cotswolds in the Windrush Valley, our guest house is set at the end of the garden and perfect for those wanting a short escape. The guest house is a newly converted, beautiful stone cottage, with an open plan living space, fully stocked kitchen and king bed or twin beds with ensuite bathroom. There are wonderful walks and cycling right on our doorstep.
