Castle Folly- Unique castle experience for two

This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. A large hot tub with a beautiful view is available for an additional charge. Substantial breakfast pack provided. With a village pub close by what’s not to love?

'The Barn' - Spacious barn in pretty canal village

Enjoy the lovely setting of this edge of village location, very close to the Grand Union Canal in the picturesque village of Braunston. Come and see what makes this part of Northamptonshire so special! Fabulous country dog walks along the canal towpath from the end of the drive. Just a short walk from several village and canalside pub restaurants. The village has a general store and post office, and an award winning butchers. Our comfortable barn is the perfect base to explore the area.

Country house, sleeps 18.

The Hollies is a large and charming 200-year-old farmhouse next door to the quiet village pub in South Kilworth. Located in the heart of England, just 3 miles from Junction 20 of the M1, South Kilworth is the perfect centre of England stop-off on any long journey between the south & north of England. Six huge double bedrooms, 4 of which are triples, one is a family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed for 2, and a standard double. So 12 beds and the ability to sleep a total of 18 people.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

Unique Countryside hideaway

Unique rural retreat perched on a hill in open countryside with breathtaking views. The Retreat is a self-contained 3 bedroom home adjacent to our barn conversion in 13 acres. The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The perfect place for a countryside getaway to totally relax and unwind. Great walking and cycling on your doorstep or just switch off, chill out and enjoy the space.

Rural Retreat with hot tub and bar area

Badby Lodge is a beautifully renovated annexe nestled in 6 acres of beautiful grounds. The property has 2 double bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with a double, both with en-suites. This property provides the perfect retreat for a max of four people. Outside there’s a very large pond (practically a lake!), menage and stables. There’s also a Bar area and large private Hot Tub that you will have sole use of. If you are a rider you may bring your horse for a small additional fee.

The Machinery Shed

The Machinery Shed is a self contained one bedroom cottage, situated on a working farm near Lutterworth. Open plan living, with everything you could need. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, utensils, plates and glasses. Large flat screen smart TV, microwave, extendable dinning table and a luxurious sofa and armchair. Upstairs in the galley bedroom, you will find; a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, super king sized bed and a shower en-suite with a private enclosed patio area at rear.

Hardwick Lodge Barn - Guest House in Rural Setting

Hardwick Lodge Barn is a beautifully converted barn blending contemporary style with rustic charm. Nestled in a rural location, it offers a tranquil retreat surrounded by picturesque countryside. Polished concrete floors and bi-folding doors provide natural light and openness, while original oak beams add character. Relax by the log burner or explore Northamptonshire's beauty. Designed for comfort and style, the Hardwick Lodge Barn is ideal for a rural escape with modern amenities.

The Stable House, Park House 4 bedrooms

Park House is part of the west wing of The Stable House (our family home), a Victorian stable block built 1888, and converted into a family home in 1970. The house sits in 20 acres of garden, fields and woodland including a Victorian kitchen garden. It is completely self-contained and comprises 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10; a large hallway, spacious kitchen, comfy sitting room and utility with separate toilet. It's very quiet with stunning views over the surrounding countryside.

Willow Cottage

The accommodation was once a barn dating back to 1900. It is a contemporary conversion within the rear garden of the main house. The property incorporates everything needed for a great stay. It is completely private and self-contained. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room/kitchen and is accessed by two large patio doors. A staircase leads to a light and airy bedroom with a king size bed, drawers and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
