We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. One king size bedroom and a twin room, and a double sofa bed in the living room to ensure a restful night's sleep. The main bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet and an ensuite in the large bedroom.

The sofa in the lounge is a sofa bed that can become another double bed so that if required the lounge can convert to a third bedroom, thereby sleeping up to 5 people.
