Welcome to the Nuthatch, a cozy cabin in the woods outside Fairbanks. This dog-friendly little cabin is just 7 miles from town but surrounded by the boreal forest. This is glamping at its best, a solid roof, warm place, bed, WiFi, and tv. This is a “dry” cabin, with an outhouse but no running water (no shower. Look out for wildlife and northern lights or roast a s’more over the campfire. If you have more guests, there is an additional cabin on the property "Come Visit the Warbler", holds four.

The Last Frontier Cabin •Modern•Private•Xtra Clean

This small cabin has everything needed for a safe, quiet and comfortable home base while you visit Fairbanks. *** Please note that there is a half bath, a sink and toilet, NO TUB or SHOWER! ** At times during the winter, due to heavy snow or icy conditions, AWD or 4WD ... and good tires... are REQUIRED . *** Also, please note that headbolt heaters are often necessary on vehicles in Fairbanks during the winter. Ask the rental agency about this before renting from Anchorage!

This beautiful two bedroom, one bath log home is a perfect retreat. The cabin is located only a few miles from both Fairbanks and North Pole, while still providing a secluded hideaway. You will enjoy the large deck, beautiful surroundings, two private bedrooms and a loft sleeping area. The rustic living area is designed for comfort, with an equipped kitchen, and upgraded bath.
