Self contained annexe with minimal cooking facilities - downstairs open plan kitchenette with microwave and hob, lounge area (TV/dvd player), dining area. Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches. Takeaways and pub restaurants locally.

Bree`s Cabin, in Wells Next The Sea

Bree`s Cabin is a genuine Norwegian Log Cabin, that is set in its own private garden In an area of outstanding natural beauty, it is close to all amenity's and only a short walk from the famous Harbour with all of its pubs and restaurants. Here you can sit and watch the fishing boats arrive back with there daily catch, or take one of the many glorious walks that abound this area or have a ramble down to the fantastic local beaches. * We have a minimum Three night booking policy *

The Barrel house has been lovingly restored to provide a stylish, multifunctional space for Airbnb guests. The vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of space. All windows are double glazed and a velux roof window allows the daylight to flood in. Outside there is a private patio area with a bistro set for outdoor dining or enjoying sundowners. Nearby is the village shop, popular butchers and local pub. There are plenty of walks to enjoy nearby.

It has been recently renovated and has a private courtyard entrance, kitchen/dining area, bathroom, living area, one double bedroom, a spacious private garden, and off street parking. It lies in the North Norfolk Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is only a short distance from the sea.
