You'll love the natural outdoors, complemented by the classy interior finishes like the custom walk-in showers, black leather granite counters, or the natural wood floors and Koa rails. This cute haven away from the Hussle of life may have you calling Waimea home. You'll want to stay forever. The beaches are 20 minutes away.

Kona Sunsets Hideaway.

This house is at a cool elevation high above Kona Airport. The coastline dominates the view. The mature tree canopy around our deck provides privacy, and greenery. Matsuyama Market for sundries and deli items is nearby. Downtown Kona is 15 to 20 minutes by car. The Holy Rosary Catholic church is one of the two churches less than a mile from our house. The bottom half of the house may or may not be occupied while you are there. We have a coded entry so you won't need a key for access.

Carson's Kaloko Mountain Cabin

This rustic and cozy cabin sits on our 5 acre parcel in the cloud forest above Kona town on the Big Island, called Kaloko Mauka. It has it's own private little corner of the property, complete with secluded hot tub, yard and large lanai perfect for the bbq! One king bed in the studio, best for 2-3 adults. Loft can suit a child or two 8 years and older or another adult. There is a fold out futon with extra bedding and pillows. Loft railing is not completely protected for children under 8.

My home is a classic Hawaiian ranchette on the slopes of Hualalai, on 3 acres of beautiful Hawaiian forest. It has beautiful lanais, a deck with hot tub downstairs, along with a workout room and ping pong table. KMH is close to several of Kona's beautiful beaches, the Big Island's most challenging golf, and has great views of the Kona coast. It is also adjacent to a Nature Preserve where you can hike for miles through the Forest. My home will make you feel like you live in Hawaii!

2300 sq.ft home on over an acre is perfect for time with family & friends. 10 minutes from downtown Kona, in Holualoa, with organic coffee, fruit trees, and flowers. There is a roof-top games with ping-pong room overlooking the garden. Paddle boards, snorkeling gear, basketball, and lots of games are also provided. Entertaining is easy on the huge lanai with bbq and a kitchen equipped with cooking staples and equipment. Home is on-property hosted.
