Our stylish, cozy and private guest studio is newly renovated and located in the heart of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley with easy access to freeways. We're close to the Van Nuys Flyaway (easy access to and from LAX), and a straight shot from Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport (5 miles). Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset walks.

There are two cameras located on the property, one on the Hosts front door, the second one attached to the Hosts home overlooking the backYard.

Travel back in time to a well-preserved guest house (above my garage) that has a 1970s Hollywood vibe but with updated conveniences. Pool area is shared with the homeowner. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood— Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops! NOTE TO GUESTS: I live in the front house with my child and family. We are always enjoying the outdoor area along the side of the house. We try to keep the area clean and organized.

La Casita is a private guest house in the heart of Burbank, just minutes from Warner Brothers, Disney, and the Burbank Airport. The house has a full kitchen, wifi, bath, and private patio full of flowers and lemon trees. (All the lemons you can eat!) Parking is provided behind a private, automatic gate. Restaurants, stores, nightlife, and paths for hiking and biking are all nearby.

New Toluca Lake Private Pool House

450+ square foot 1926 Spanish-style newly renovated guesthouse in Toluca Lake. Detached from the main house with living room, dining area, kitchen, separate bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and bathroom. A private patio in the back of the guesthouse provides access to the pool/jacuzzi. Pool is not heated. The jacuzzi heats up to 104 degrees in 45 minutes to an hour.

Casita NoHo

Nestled in the heart of North Hollywood, this property offers a calm respite a mere tumble away from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. Stroll to nearby cafes, restaurants, and boutiques, or hop on the nearby metro for easy access to LA's most iconic spots. Close freeway access makes nightlife in downtown LA or beach days in Malibu/Santa Monica a snap.
