Relax by the fireplace, sit outside & watch the stars, light a fire. We provide blankets & wood. A welcome basket & a fully stocked coffee bar for the early mornings are waiting for you.

Harpersfield House: Sauna, Relaxation, Nature

A newly renovated typical Classical New England house, with a bright and airy mid century modern interior and furnishings. Complete with new bathrooms, kitchen and laundry, and fantastic bedroom comfort. Set on two acres with an outside deck overlooking picnic table and fire pit amid apple and maple trees. The charming village of Jefferson and Stamford, with farm restaurants, locally grown produce markets, hiking, antiquing, skiing, golfing, horseback riding, river rafting and caves close by.

The Lily Pad

The Lily Pad is a comfy one room king bed cottage with a porch overlooking the pond. A private full bath is close but not attached (attached to our home for plumbing purposes, but you have a private entry). The paved path is well lit. The cottage is insulated, heated,air conditioned, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv used with your accounts. Fishing pole provided. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want to interact/need anything.

1820's Farmhouse 182 acres/Private Swimming Pond

Oak Hill Farm c1824, this farmhouse has been fully renovated with a modern take on upstate luxury. Situated on 183 acres of its own land, the house benefits from the views across the valley, spring fed swimming pond and a private mountain top. Enjoy morning strolls through our open hay fields, cookout on the covered deck with a wood burning smoker, gas grill, fire pit. The property has mowed trails through the hay fields, large pathways that are for hiking, foraging, wild life sighting.

Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.
