The location is in Scarborough near a big park, within a walking distance to the beach (approx. 900m), café strip and bus stop (approx 500m).

When you do feel like some fun Sorrento beach or Hillary's Boat Harbour is a short walk away with ~60 shops & restaurants + kids beach and other activities Or take a stroll along one of Perth's best walks, West Coast Drive (or rent an electric scooter available for hire along the way!) Plenty to do and see, right on your doorstep.

The studio is a brand new, modern, open planned space, seperate to the main house. It has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. It has a queen bed and sleeper couch (portacot available on request). Please also note that we have a friendly Labrador on site.
