At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

A truly luxurious couples retreat! This private villa style getaway has its own private access and and deck space to relax in and features an hot outdoor shower. Fitted out with quality furnishings and fixtures and is equiped with everything you need! Location really doesn't get better than this. You are across the road from beautiful Blue Lagoon Beach! With Bateau Bay Beach Cafe 150m away. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric frypan. Note not cooktop or oven.

Leave the car behind - six beaches within walking distance, the iconic lighthouse or take a dip in our solar heated plunge pool. Enjoy all that Norah Head has to offer- coastal bush walks, protected lifeguard beaches, while staying in your own modern bungalow. Our house is situated at the back of the property in case you need anything. Great for couples, solo adventurers, or business travellers.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

The Pool House at Caves Beach

Bali-inspired poolside studio nestled in tropical gardens, with a private leafy outlook, separate entry and exclusive use of the sparkling saltwater pool. Fully self-contained, it is within easy walking distance of the patrolled beach, local shops & cafe and Caves Beachside Hotel. Continental breakfast, reverse cycle air conditioning, free Wifi & Netflix are included. Pet friendly on application, please contact us prior to booking. Not suitable for children under 8 years old.

The Collectors Studio

A stroll from the beach and nestled amongst the trees, our sweet seaside studio is filled with treasures we have collected along the way. The Collectors Studio is a unique, eclectic space designed for couples or solo travellers to have a relaxing few nights away. Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!

Bluewave Cottage

Bluewave Cottage is the perfect hideaway for a relaxing break by the sea. Only a short 100 meters stroll to the beach access. Forresters Beach offers a perfect seaside getaway. Beautiful beaches with safe swimming, surfing, fishing, bush walking and beach combing in a relaxed setting. The cottage is set in its own private leafy garden. A short trip to Terrigal which has a wide range of restaurants and entertainment.
