It's also a 10-minute drive from the airport and town of Loreto. You’ll love my place because of the location (it's in the best part of Founders Neighborhood in Loreto Bay), the views, the ambiance, the people, the vibe, the weather, the decor, the relaxed nature of the community. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

Dentro del espacio de vivienda cuenta con estacionamiento para dos automóviles, espacio para lavado y áreas verdes.Ubicada en la entrada principal de nuestro pueblo mágico de Loreto. A 2.5 km de la playa, a 15 min del centro, caminando. A la vuelta tienes una tienda de Oxxo, un autozone.

The home features a private courtyard, a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, two full bathrooms with sunken tub and walk-in shower, a well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer and many other amenities. The home is fully furnished including housewares.

Located in the quaint resort village of Nopolo, this premium condo has commanding ocean and mountain views, a large balcony terrace, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, Washer/Dryer, WiFi, and cable TV. The condo is on the 4th floor and accessed by elevator or stairs. The common area features a large and meandering wading and swimming built-in pool (not heated) surrounded by palapas and lounge chairs, and a sandy lounge/play area. (Note: The Marina boat slips are for Owners only.)
