La entrada independiente, zona céntrica y segura a 15 min en bus de metrocentro (centro urbano de managua) y 15 min caminado a los supermercados, panaderìas, 20 min del centro històrico de managua. Lavandería, uso de aire acondicionado, transporte, persona adicional no registrada tiene cargo extra.

Located less than 100 yards from the sand directly on the Boom. Our bilingual local host is available for anything you need including transportation, rentals, boat charter, surf info, photos, volcano tours, etc.

Come stay at Casa Lily's Casita in Hacienda Iguana as an additon to our larger house (3/3) or for a smaller group getaway (1/1). Our Casita boasts golf course views with a private deck to enjoy coffee or sunset cocktails. The king bedroom is separate from the living space and equipped with premium linens and en suite bathroom/shower. Farm Peace & Love - Guest Suite en Little Corn

We are at 20 -25 minutes from the village, on the quiet side of the island in a secluded area, away from the nightlife. Guests have free access to all the farm's products . The suite, in the east wing of the main house, has its own private entrance and access to the garden and the beach, 1 bedroom with a queen and a single bed, bathroom, shower, porch with dining area and kitchen. The suite has power 24h a day, mosquito nets, drinking water and maid service. Maximum 3 adults, no children.

Please Note: While I love my space and have worked on it very hard. There are a couple of local bars near my property on the beach, and they can sometimes play very loud music late into the night.

This newly remodeled studio offers a cozy stay for up to 2 people. It is located at the new La Joya commercial area in the middle of the eco casita phase 1 development within Hacienda Iguana. The unit is equipped with a small kitchen and office area. There is an air conditioning unit and fan in the living room and bedroom areas. We have a 55'' smart tv, and our WiFi is reliable. - 4 seater golf cart rental is available @ $50/day.
