The living room has a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, sofa and bath. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level which has a queen size bed, vanity, reading chair and armoire. Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

If you’re a light sleeper, this is something to keep in mind—but for many guests, it’s all part of the vibrant downtown experience.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

The fixed dock allows guests to truly access the water: swim, paddleboard, kayak, grab a fishing rod, or bring your own boat, all provided. When the sun is setting, it's time to jump in the 6-person hot tub while you watch the boats cruising by.

Located approximatly 1 mile from downtown Newport, this ia a truly unique and awesome space. Everything in this house is brand new and the place is spotless. Trust me you will love staying here. It’s the perfect spot for two couples. I also live on property but your space is completely private.. Just as an FYI Fridays and Saturdays are a package deal. You must book both otherwise I would lose the other. (Next to impossible to rent a Saturday if the Friday is already booked)

True to its original nature it's a mixed commercial and residential neighborhood with restaurants, nightspots, coffee shops, yoga studios and more. A mix of apartments, Airbnbs, homes being renovated and long term Newport working class residents, changing from one house to the next.
