If you like drinking from a Ball jar, this is the place for you! It's furnished for comfort and privacy. It's high ceiling and windows give it character.

This space is located in beautiful Butler Tarkington neighborhood. Most homes were built in the in the early 1920's. Our home was built in 2005. This space is 720 sq ft with a private entrance and bath. It is approximately one block from Butler University, 2 1/2 miles from Broad Ripple, six miles from Keystone Crossing great shopping and four miles to downtown Indianapolis.
