Just 15 minutes from Stratford-upon-Avon and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, 25 minutes to Daylesford and 35 minutes to Soho Farmhouse, our small yet stylish bolt-hole makes for a great base to explore all that the North Cotswolds has to offer.

Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

The Owl Barn

Tucked away in a truly rural setting, this charming one-bedroom barn conversion offers a peaceful escape in the heart of a working farm. Situated on the edge of the village within walking distance to the village pub and Daylesford Farm Shop. The barn has been thoughtfully converted to combine rustic character with modern comfort and has been a full-time home until recently, giving it a warm, welcoming, and genuinely lived-in feel rather than a typical holiday let. The Old Manor Cottage is a beautiful Grade 2 listed thatched cottage that dates back to the 17th century and sits peacefully in the large grounds of the owner's manor house. The charming cottage has a lovely cosy feel with many character features, including exposed beams and oak doors. It is surrounded by stunning countryside. William Shakespeare's birthplace of Stratford upon Avon is less than 10 miles away. Chipping Campden and Stow on the Wold are both within 20 minutes.
