One bedroom with a queen size bed, full kitchen , full bath, and a living room. Grill, chill, relax and enjoy the open field view. This is one floor, no loft. Please understand this is a country setting , the water runs off of a well, it gets dark out here and occasionally wildlife can be seen , frogs can be heard and bugs are found 😊

Deer and other wildlife are in abundance. The home is located just a few blocks from the Buckeye Lake park, bike path, boat ramp and plenty of fantastic restaurants. The home includes a fully functioning kitchen, dining area, large living room, indoor wood burning fire place, outdoor fire pit, grill, outdoor seating area and a new hot tub recently added! There is also plenty of parking available in the rear of the home.

We are situated near I-70 and, Dillon State Park, Blackhand Gorge and The Wilds. Bald Eagle, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrels are in the area.There's golf, wineries and breweries nearby. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers.
