At the edge of a wildflower meadow with mountain views, this beautifully furnished glamping tent has two queen beds, front porch and private rear deck. Each of our four tents has a kitchenette in the Lodge. Sweet new Bath House. Enjoy wood-fired pizza (most but not all nights) and our new all natural wood hot tub (booked for private experience for $25) . 40 acres of meadows, woods, pond, streams and trails. Nightly bonfires and star gazing, a nearby lake and rafting in the Hudson River.

Overlooking the Susquehanna River, canoe/kayak access just a couple a minutes away.

Welcome to our secluded campsite situated in the Finger Lakes! A few steps away is access to the Finger Lakes Trail. The site is surrounded by forest, private, the only site on this piece of land. Parking is right next to the campsite. This is an off grid, tent camping experience with a composting bucket toilet & bag shower. The site is rustic with no running water or power. Come prepared to unplug and enjoy relaxing in nature! Nearby is the village of Hammondsport & many local wineries!

Forestasaurus Glamping

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in a large canvas bell tent with a real, full size bed. Tucked into the woods, just a short distance from Watkins Glen and the Seneca Wine Trail. The shared modern bath house is a short walk from the site with running potable water and a shower. The property is off grid (no electricity) which means excellent star gazing! Linens are provided. Located on the edge of a pine grove, this site has a beautiful view of the Catskill Mountains. Plenty of space to have family and friends spread out, pop up tents and join on the adventure. Stay at and explore what was the site of The Catskill Game Farm, America's first and largest privately owned zoo. The tent is tucked into 203 mountainside acres with 100+ buildings and old animal shelters, 3.5 miles of paved pathways and remnants of the abandoned zoo still in tact.

Milkweed Camp - Glamping in a Blueberry Field

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.

Fern Forest Campsite

This is a large tent, elevated four feet on a wooden platform. The property abuts the preserve forest under Mohonk Mountain, nestled against Coxing Kill Creek. This space offers near-complete privacy on the edge of the property, isolated from the bustle of farm life. Electricity is provided, but there is no Wi-Fi or running water.
