Cozy Woodland Cabin

If you seek rustic solitude, you'll love the cozy woodland cabin, a pine-paneled one-room cabin nestled in a meadow surrounded by forest and fields, +/- 2 blocks from the house and road. Weather permitting, vehicles can drive to the cabin. Cabin has electricity and heat, but NO running water. Outhouse behind cabin has a Nature's Head composting toilet. Guests may shower in a private bathroom in the main house. Breakfast included. This is "glamping" at its most comfortable and private.

Situated across from our home, beside the gardens on a private horse farm in Gilmanton Corners, an iconic NH village with a corner store, town hall and church in its center. Meet the friendly horses, swim or fish in nearby ponds and lakes or hike local trails and mountains. Close to Gunstock, Lake Winnisquam, Winnipesaukee, Outlet malls, Bank of NH music pavilion, local farm markets. Bicycles available.
