It’s a half mile to the Guilford beach, 4 miles to the Hammonasett beach in Madison. The house has great light, a cozy relaxing porch, a walking location to the village. A completely renovated farmhouse ( formally a parsonage) built in 1890. Beautifully landscaped gardens and sitting areas located in the backyard. Check in through front door ( shared by owner) to stairs leading to second floor to guest quarters, which include a Master BR, living room/dry kitchenette with mini fridge and large full bath. Direct waterfront OWNER OCCUPIED property. Three upstairs bedrooms in a colonial home in a country setting with river and wood ed views.Guests have access to the pool (when in season) and deck areas which overlook the river. 2 full baths, the one upstairs is dedicated to the guests and the one downstairs is shared with owners and guests. Guests may prepare food in the kitchen or use the grill on the deck. TV is only in the living room, not in bedrooms.

Blocks from downtown New Haven, the colonial room crashpad is a private room in a shared 3 bedroom apartment used solely for Air bnb. The Colonial Room crashpad is right where downtown starts becoming residential, however, because it's so close, there's still lots of people and noise. Mine Hill Getaway West Room

This property has two bedrooms on the 2nd floor which can be booked separately or together. The West Room is a sunny yellow, and also has two windows and a good view of the forest. The bathroom is en-suite. Guests may use the salt-water lap pool in the summer months and enjoy the garden. A light breakfast is offered. Note: There is no elevator. There is parking available on the driveway. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

This guest room is situated in the back of the inn with a private entrance. A bright and sunny large room with queen sized bed and private bathroom with shower. There are two cozy chairs to relax in after a long day at the beach or shopping. This room comes with a small additional space and is outfitted with a small refrigerator, a microwave and table & chairs ideal for long term stays. This guest room is pet friendly.
