A 5 minute walk to the Boardwalk is lots of great restaurants, shops, rentals, amusement rides, bars, coffee, ice-cream, donuts, an arcade & more! Enjoy a hike through the state park, a visit to the aquarium, or a summer movie by the lake!

The Cove

Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. Known as the "Cummings-Taylor House", on a cobblestone paved-road and consists of three spacious, private/separate apartments. It has been completely, meticulously renovated & decorated to preserve its rich history + aesthetic. • 10 minute walk/4 blocks to the heart of downtown Wilmington & Riverwalk! - Come relax, enjoy & make yourself at home in this spacious and serene space.

This centrally-located new high-end cottage is a perfect home away from home. Close to downtown + plenty of parking. Built with a nod to history and beautifully furnished, tucked on a small estate in Forest Hills. Only minutes from downtown, the airport, and the university - we are perfectly located in Wilmington. Forest Hills is a beautiful place to take a walk and located just 5 minutes from downtown. We love to share this cottage with visitors and we live next-door in the main house.

VERY CLEAN, welcoming home, complete with kitty**. Five minutes from downtown Wilmington, 15 minutes to the ocean, 10 minutes from UNCW, down the block from "Lucas's house" ( from TV show One Tree Hill). Down the block is Wallace Park, a lovely greenway that goes for miles, with Burnt Mill Creek running through it. We are located in historic Carolina Place, a quiet residential neighborhood on the National Register of Historic Places. **My kitty, Mr. Biggers, will remain in the house.

Your kids will love lounging on our net bunk bed or our chalkboard wall. Hit the beach with our beach chairs, cooler backpack, and sand toys. The home is stocked with a coffee and tea bar, & enjoy the cereal. The yard is spacious and includes a deck with fire pit, Cornhole boards and life size checkers.

Adorable 2 Bedroom Guest Cottage in Wilmington, NC

Relax, Enjoy and Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway that is only 9 minutes to Downtown river walk , a 7 min drive to the beach and only a walk away from a lake that you can fish and do small boating. Take your whole family and dog on relaxing trails around the lake. Please notify host if you bring pets on listing because you will be charged for them. It’s important to let the host know the number of animals. Pet fee of 40 dollars per stay per pet.
