IF YOUR DOG IS JOINING YOU, please provide advanced notice, a $25/night pet fee for the first 4 nights (max$100), that rabies vaccination records be provided at check in, and that your dog have access to a crate for times that you must leave him/her behind! When not out and about exploring the countryside there is WiFi and a smart TV to keep you entertained.

Swiss Chalet Family Retreat!

Welcome to our family's Swiss style chalet! Inspired by trips to Davos, Switzerland, my grandparents built the chalet in the 1950s to be a family playhouse and gathering spot for their 6 children. It's kind of magical. Today, our large extended family still enjoys holiday celebrations here every year. Our kids love exploring the woodland trails and swimming in Center Pond. We hope you love it as much as we do! Note: the building also has two apartments on the first floor.

We have direct access to the snowmobile trails, which are also lovely for walking on in the warmer months. We are in the heart of the White Mountains and a quick 10 minute drive will lead you to dozens of trailheads, many river spots for swimming, and lots of forest roads for exploring.

Woodland trails on the property, moderate hikes nearby or bring your kayaks and explore the many ponds and lakes in the area. Ragged Mt and Mt Sunapee Ski Resorts are both under 30 minutes away. This newly designed suite is perfect for an individual or couple wanting to escape into the country but still be within an easy driving distance to local sites.
