But if you're search of a space tailored for friends or couples seeking a relaxing getaway, you found it! Our creative space reflects the vibrant Mexican culture of SATX, our love for design, & tech. The space features a private hot tub, premium kitchen ware, a touch espresso machine, & free-range chickens as your neighbors. The space is not designed for small children.

THE HOUSE: The Lone Star Guest Haus is fully renovated and fully decorated. The home is located close to downtown and just a short distance to historical Gruene, NB square, and crystal clear Comal/Guadalupe Rivers. King size beds in every bedroom. Has room for additional guests with xl-lrg twin roll-out beds. We are a dog-friendly property (pet fee & approval required). We are a Veteran owned property with a 10% Veteran/military discount available for reservations made in-service member's name.

A Tiny House, Hill Country Charm - Mountain Laurel

This tiny house is a cozy oasis for a quiet getaway. The Mountain Laurel is on our 5-acre homestead we call Deerhaven Retreat. A queen bed downstairs and 2 twins in loft — sleeps up to 4. Full kitchen, bathroom with shower. Features WiFi, RokuTV, AC/heat, Keurig, tea pot, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, fridge. You'll enjoy a Hill Country vibe that's only 8 minutes to shops & dining. Please, no kids under 12. In addition to this unit, a separate area of our property features three small cabins.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

We are just a 5 min walk from the Blanco River and River Road and a 3 min drive to the Wimberley Square. The house is well stocked with your kitchen essentials and bath goodies to soak the day away.

You have The Pearl District, The Alamo, the famous Riverwalk, Botanical Gardens and many museums. Fully equipped kitchen, two smart TVs, Wifi, keyless entry and parking.

Enjoy your stay watching deer, birds, sunsets, stars and relax. Casita on the Ranch is located on our 90 acre ranch near the main home with just a 2 minute walk to the gym. We are about 35 min to New Braunfels or SanAntonio and about 20 min to Canyon Lake and Blanco. We are close to the Guadalupe River, Guadalupe State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Texas and Fredericksburg is about 45 minutes away. Plenty of parking and a fenced back yard. 2 pets max.
