I am offering my spacious two bedroom appartment in a quiet street in vibrant Neukölln, close to the canal. A large open floor kitchen space with dining area and a comfy sofa offer enough room to cook, eat and relax. The beedroom is connected to a spacious balcony. My bathroom comes with a bathtub. Very close by you have supermarkets, bars, cafes and a whole variety of different eateries. Next U-Bahn Station is Rathaus Neukölln (U7), that will connect you with the rest of the city.

The flat has a spacious living and kitchen area. It is newly renovated and decorated with a lot of heart for detail. The modern bathroom has terrazzo flooring and a walk in shower. There is a 160cm wide bed in the quiet bedroom for two people. To accommodate a third person there is a comfy 100x200cm couch in the living room.

The flat is located in Berlin-Neukoelln. It is is ideally sized for two adults or a family. It has one bedroom with a double bed and baby bed and a guest room with a fold-out sofa or the children’s room with a bed. Please notice that you can live here with up to 4 persons, if two are children. We rent to 3 adults not four.
