For larger families we have an additional pool home just across the atrium which accommodates up to 4 additional guests in two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Cute beach house on Nettles Island (South Hutchinson Island). Approximately 750 sq ft, 2 bedrooms/1 bath (also access to bath house). Comfortably sleeps 4, but can accommodate up to 6 (with sleeper sofa and twin air mattress). Golf cart included to get around the island to the beach (about 3/4 mile), river, rec hall, and all amenities. Great for kids (and adults) with mini-golf, tennis, pickleball, ping pong, shuffleboard, swimming pools, and other activities.
