All linens are included. Plenty of seating for visitors around dining room table and counter. We are a 5 min walk to the ocean and Shuckers restaurant, just across A1A. Great for kids (and adults) with mini-golf, tennis, pickleball, ping pong, shuffleboard, swimming pools, and other activities.
