Hyggelig og supersentral hybel

Hjertelig velkommen til en ny og lys hybel 5 min busstur fra ferga og rett bak Tangen senter. Mer praktisk og sentralt blir det ikke! Jeg bor i huset. Fra yttergangen er det en dør til hybelen, og en til min del av huset. Ps: Fra 10.07.26 bruker jeg Airbnbs nye prissystem, som alle verter er pålagt innen 13.oktober. I stedenfor at Airbnb legger til gebyrer på verten og gjestenes sluttregning, er gebyrene (15,5 prosent) innbakt i døgnprisen. Ikke alle verter har innført denne prisingen ennå.

A self contained apartment on the ground floor of the main house which was finished in 2019. The apartment has a bespoke interior which includes a kitchen and bathroom. The space has one generous king-size bed, a daybed and a single pullout matress. The accommodation is located on the peaceful Nesodden peninsula with a 5 minute walk to the beach along quiet paths or a quick ferry ride to Akerbrygge, the heart of Oslo. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.

The location is very good, in a beautiful neighborhood right next to Vigeland Park. The tram 12 stops right in front of the building and allows you to reach all of Oslo main sights within 15 min. It has a supermarket right by the corner and one of Oslo's main attractions just across the street-the Vigeland Park.

Charming flat in quiet surroundings

A charming small flat in quiet and peaceful surroundings in Holmenkollen. The view over Oslo and Bærum is breathtaking! The flat is connected to my house, but has its own entrance. You will also find a beautiful bathroom with separate tub and shower.
