Your stay includes exclusive use of the main house (2 bed/1 bath), separate studio house (1 bed/1 bath), the lake toys (lily pad/kayak/paddleboard), sandy beach and dock. Spend your days swimming & your nights eating smores by 1 of the 2 fire pits (portable fire pit by house or fire ring on the beach) (complimentary fire wood provided). Note: No unapproved guests/parties.

Beautiful container home with parking in walking distance to Lincoln rail yard and its bars and restaurants, Pinnacle arena and it events including concerts, Memorial Stadium, and the bridge to the Saltdogs baseball stadium. 2 blocks from the action but in a quiet area with outdoor deck looking at the Capital building. 2 blocks in the other direction is a park and new pickle ball courts. 1 bedroom plus a full size pull out couch if needed. Luxury apartment in a small community, this unit has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and an open floor plan. We have a 24 hour fitness center, 24 hour coffee bar, and in the summer months a salt-water pool are also included (Opening in late May for the season). We also have a convenient easy to find location. This unit is on a 3rd level - 2 flights of stairs (no elevator).

We are 20 to 25 minutes south of Omaha in a secluded area with lots of trees and wildlife.
