Situated in the sunny Hawke's Bay, known for it's wineries, sun, beaches and friendly welcoming people. The Art Deco capital. The airbnb is positioned in the Napier South area, just a few minutes walk or drive into town to enjoy the sites, cafes, restaurants or a spot of shopping. Tucked away has just been redecorated with two clean and fresh bedrooms, two bathrooms with a new kitchen and all quality furnishings and linen. Lovely modern, styled open plan kitchen lounge flows onto courtyard.

Whilst we cannot offer sea views we are only one street back from the beach so an easy walk if you wish to take a seaside stroll or bring along your surf casters. We also have the most beautiful cycle/walk tracks that will take you all the way to the city centre if you so wish. We are situated 10 from airport and 15 minutes to the city . We are also a very short stroll to the lovely crab farm winery. Plus snapper park camp ground is a short walk which offers eat in or take away meals.

The city shops, beach, walkway/cycleway playground, pump track, Bay Skate, National Aquarium and McLean Park are all 5-10 minutes by foot. The bach is relaxing and the open-plan living and dining area is sunny and spacious with great views across Napier to Bluff Hill. The kitchen is well equipped. There are two bedrooms. An outside courtyard and plenty of off street parking adds to the convenience.

Oozing with character and charm, the villa is over 100 years old and has been modernised in all the right ways.
