The original house was built in 1919 which is considered a historical part of Nampa, Idaho. It offers the “Idahome” experience being centralized to the old and newer parts of the city. Just three blocks from Northwest Nazarene University and less than 15 minutes to downtown Nampa or the freeway. Convenience store and Family Dollar is within a 5 minute walking distance.

This comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 story home in located in the heart of growth in Meridian, Idaho. It has new beds, new linens, newer carpet, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, corn hole set, large screen TV, lots of DVDs for viewing, wi-fi, YouTube TV subscription, hot tub , massage chair, and low traffic. The garage is not part of the rental and may need to be accessed by the owner from time to time. No large groups night or day. Max 8 people and 3 cars.
