ICE NOTE: You can't stay overnight there in the winter months, or really only ice bathers, adventurers, daredevils, ice saints, survival fighters or those who have watched too much 7vswild. The water in the BANGA is turned off in winter and a nasty siberian wind blows on the roof terrace. It's a shame, because polar explorers who stayed at home could study the clear starry sky and drink mulled wine by the campfire with their pointed cap and mittens pulled down deep over their eyes and enjoy the view of the wintry, ideally snow-covered city... it's best to reserve a place now for a warm summer evening with an unforgettable view for next year...

Tinyhouse am Berliner Stadtrand

Ein Mix aus Bauwagen und Tinyhouse, riesen Garten, mitten im Dorf... 100 m bis zum See...und ruckzuck in Berlin. Ich bau hier alles selber aus...also alles mit Liebe gemacht...aber ab und zu etwas krumm :) Ich wohne normalerweise selber im Tinyhouse, sind Gäste da, bin ich im Zirkuswagen im Garten oder unterwegs... Der Ort ist perfekt für Hundebesitzer, See und Wald sind vor der Tür...bei Stadtausflügen kann ich professionelle Hundebetreuung anbieten...(hatte vorher eine Hundepension).

Mein Zuhause ist eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, die zentral gelegen ist und vor 5 Jahren komplett renoviert wurde. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Waschmaschine, Spühlmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, weiteren Küchengeräten uvm. Sie liegt an einem Park mit Teich und hat den ganzen Tag Sonne, was sie noch schöner und heller macht! Den Sonnenuntergang sieht man täglich wunderschön vom Wohnzimmer & Balkon aus. Vor kurzem haben wir für das Wohnzimmer einen neuen TV und Teppich gekauft.

Modernes Ferienhaus mit grosser Terrasse und Garten auf hinterem Teil unseres Grundstückes, nord/östli. Stadtrand von Berlin. Ein Schlafz. 2 Betten , Wohnzimmer 2 bequeme Polsterliegen, offene Küche, Bad mit Dusche und WC, alles mit Fußbodenheizung. Nicht für Partys geeignet. Großer Pool, nicht beheizt, von mitte Mai bis September geöffnet. Holzkohle-Grill vorhanden. S-Bahn S7 und Bus sind in 10 min. fußläufig zu erreichen und mit beiden fährt man in 35 min. in die City.
