Das 16 Quadratmeter große Zimmer mit Bad ist in Haidhausen, einem belebten, kreativen Viertel im Münchner Zentrum. Wenige Meter entfernt sind Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants. Du bist im EG mit separatem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Zimmers siehst du vor dir das helle Bad mit Dusche und WC, und eine Ecke mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Das Studio hat keine Küche. Links dann hohe Decken, ein hochwertiger Holzboden und grosse Fenster, dazu ein Schreibtisch und ein neues, richtiges Bett.

Hello there! As I travel a lot (mostly for sailing or hiking), my small flat in the middle of Munich is often vacant. During this time, I like to rent it out to other travellers. It's fully equipped and ready for your trip to Munich. My flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the Isar river and it has good public transport connections that take you to the city centre in a few minutes. The appartment is a quiet oasis with lots of green plants.

Meine Unterkunft (27 m²) ist gut für Paare, einzelne Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und pelzige Freunde (Haustiere). In wenigen Minuten ist man am Viktualienmarkt (300 M.), Marienplatz (600 M.), Isartor (250 M.) und Deutschen Museum (600 M.). Rauchen ist verboten!
