For hikers and climbers - Blackheath is a fantastic base.

Spacious studio, with a queen size bed and a wide range of features and comforts. The studio is only a short walk to Sunset Rock, offering beautiful mountain and valley views. A short walk to Mount Vic village and other great walks. You can take this opportunity to watch the bees work or hear the sounds of visiting wildlife. This is NON-SMOKING accommodation. Blackheath village cafes, restaurants, shops and galleries are only a 2 minute drive away, as well as Blue Mountains National Park scenic lookouts, waterfalls and bushwalks all at your doorstep. Enjoy breakfast and birdwatching on our brand new balcony, and cosy evenings with a glass of wine playing board games or watching movies.

Set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, 2 min walk from beautiful lookout, bush walks and rock climbing. Wildlife on your doorstep, including birds, kangaroos and small marsupials. 20 minutes drive from Katoomba, 7 minutes from Blackheath. Access to cafe's, restaurants, Japanese bath house and traditional Finnish sauna.

Bespoke Straw Bale Studio

Slow down and switch off in this unique straw bale cottage at the top of the mountains. Get out in nature and wander to waterfalls and lookouts, or stay in to soak up the ambience and play board games by the fire. Guests often comment on the beautiful feeling of this earthy building - it is peaceful and warm, organic and snug. The softly curved, breathable walls of straw and earth will surround you and give you a natural Mountains getaway like no other.

Rustic mountain studio

The studio is in a lovely garden setting with a 15 minute walk to the village of Blackheath. Daytime bus service is within 50 metres. It is a quiet spot apart from the the abundant birdlife (cockatoos, magpies, crimson rosellas, kookaburras) at dusk and dawn. Entrance to Blue Mountains National Park is a couple of kilometres further down the road with easy hike to Perry's Lookdown and Anvil Rock. There is a comfortable queen bed with a small kitchenette.

With a deep clawfoot bath to relax in from hiking through some of our favourite walks like the Grand Canyon or Centennial Glen. Just a 5min walk to train station and Blackheath main street, this cute cabin has modern tech - Netflix, G.Home, G4 WiFi, electric blankets, air con/ heating. We provide a cont. breakfast - fresh sourdough bread & jams, muesli and Nespresso coffee machine.

Centennial Lodge Cottage is located at the foot of magnificent Blue Mountains escarpments in the Kanimbla Valley. It is surrounded by stunning farmland & abundant bird and wildlife. The original settlers cottage has been renovated & is rustic yet very comfortable. Just 15 minutes from Blackheath, (and only accessible from Blackheath) the cottage is totally self contained, with a wood stove and BBQ facilities. A unique rural escape for nature lovers.
