Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Cosy yet contemporary, this architect designed, free standing townhouse in historical South Hobart is filled with sun, art and views of kunanyi (Mt Wellington). Although surrounded by popular cafes and shops, The Loft is quiet and private. Situated near the stunning Hobart Rivulet, it's an easy 15-20 min walk or 10 min ride to the CBD. Or cycle/walk the other way to the Cascade Brewery.

The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Or for those sunnier days, throw open the French doors and enjoy a coffee in the courtyard.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and bigger groups.

Newly renovated with high quality fixtures and fittings, we have maintained the Art Deco features and added beautiful furnishings. Park on Park is warm and welcoming, with new bathrooms, a remodelled kitchen and new driveway and gardens.
