Beautiful home in a residential neighborhood on the West Side of Rapid City. Perfect for families and gatherings. You will have access to a two car garage, above ground pool, trampoline, large outdoor deck, fire pit, and a grill that’s available when the weather permits. The house is almost 80 years old and there are some features that are still from the 50s and we like those. We don't plan on changing them so if you're looking for a totally updated house this house might not be for you.

Cabin #1 is located on the High Country Guest Ranch which is 4 miles from Hill City SD. The Cabin has huge windows that look out to the Black Hills with our horses grazing in the fields. It has a large open floor plan with 5 bedrooms with 6 queen beds and a bunkbed, this home is perfect for big groups even has a large outdoor firepit. The cabin has a new Starlink system so the internet is great! The Ranch has a new heated Pool and if you stay in this cabin you have full access to it!
