Nestled in beautiful native trees, our self-contained, freshly renovated downstairs studio is private with a separate entrance, large deck, undercover parking, kitchen (cooking facilities, fridge etc.) & bathroom. A short walk to the charming Titirangi village, with its cafes, art gallery & shops. We love sharing our home with guests & we have travelled extensively around N.Z & the world. Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.

It is close to bus and train, local cafes, a shopping centre and a walking track that surrounds the Orakei Basin.

Welcome to our peaceful and private studio. Enjoy magic views of the harbour whilst relaxing by the pool, listening to bird song and toasting the sunset. Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday or de stress after a busy day. According to the NZ Herald 7/9/2017 we are the 5th most wish listed Airbnb in New Zealand. For the month of January we have a minimum of 4 night stay Unfortunately this studio is unsuitable for children and Infants. Couples only.

Rose's studio apartment is above a recently built garage in a leafy street in the heritage suburb of Mt Eden. It has been decorated to a high standard and equipped with every comfort. It is fully self contained, with it's own bathroom and kitchenette. Bus stops for all the main routes are a mere 100 metres away. The vibrant Mt Eden village, with its cafes, bars and restaurants is a 10 minute walk, Eden Park 30 minutes and the Mt Eden volcanic crater, 25 minutes.

Polished wooden floors, eco cleaning products, full sanitising. Breakfast is included in the price - Homemade muesli, bread and yoghurt, spreads, tea and coffee.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. 300 metres from Ponsonby road with restaurants & bars easy to walk too. Large outdoor courtyard creates indoor outdoor flow for those summer days. Please note that loud music and parties are not permitted in the apartment to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. *Parking is going through a refurb. Plenty of parking outside building I’ll supply daily permits*
