Our condominium was built in 2020 and are located in downtown Bar Harbor. The condos are impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with brand new furnishings. There is one off street parking space allotted which is rare in downtown Bar Harbor. There is a shared laundry room and excellent wifi also. *****Please consider getting travel insurance when making your reservation, this is a small property, and how we make our living, Airbnb does offer it and unfortunately situations do come up.

Once home to the Order of the Odfellows in the late 1800's this recently renovated luxurious loft apartment over looks Center Harbor in the quaint town of Brooklin. The large room measures 40’ by 50’ with 11’ ceilings and is an extraordinary family retreat. The dining table seats 12, and a kitchen is full stocked with a vintage gas stove. Willowbrook is a comfortable 1BR unit in a perfect spot for guests wanting to get out and explore Mount Desert Island and Acadia National Park! It sits right in the center of Mount Desert Island at the top of the Somes Sound - making it easy to navigation easy on the Lung-Shaped island instead of staying in one of the corners of MDI. The small backyard area is a nice private spot to relax without having to bump into any other guests in neighboring units as it is surrounded by fencing.

The Artist Studio is just a 5 minute walk into the heart of downtown Southwest Harbor. We are a 5 minute drive to an Acadia Park entrance, a 20 min drive to Bar Harbor. Close to restaurants, Echo Lake for swimming, and a 5 minute walk to the Clark Point Town Dock for ferry boat rides to explore the islands! You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the high ceilings, the modern kitchen and island. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.
