Paso Robles, wine country, is 40 min NE & Pismo Beach is 20 min south. Los Osos is a quiet bedroom community w/ great hiking & walking trails & restaurants.

“The Boathouse Cottage” is perfect for a romantic getaway or just relaxing with a great view. It is located directly on the gorgeous Bayfront of Morro Bay, on a Bayfront dock. Although, the dock is not floating, your front yard IS the water. Watch sea life frolic just beyond your deck. Enjoy barbecue's alfresco on the dock at sunset. Unwind after your day, relaxing by the "natural gas" fire pit. Bring your stand up paddle boards and launch at the neighboring launching ramp! Limitless fun!

The outdoor patio is the perfect setting for a family bbq with a lawn for your pets to play. A short distance away is delicious cuisine, coffee shops, golfing, and local art studios.

Our cozy cottage is truly a hidden gem featuring 2 bedrooms 1 bath that was built in early 1920s and retains most of its sweet charm. Right downtown and a quick walk to the Embarcadero and beach. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, bars, music, shopping, movies, coffee and more! Morro Bay is short drive to Wine Country, SLO, Pismo Beach, Cambria. Bring your pets we love all animals! Hot water outside shower, gas fire pit, ocean viewing deck - it is all there to complete your ocean front vacation experience. Fully stocked kitchen and all linens provided. You will love it! Due to severe allergies of some of our guests we cannot accommodate service animals at this time.
