You’ll love our place because of its quiet location on a country estate: from here you can walk, golf, sightsee, in winter go up and ski at Glenshee; head to Edinburgh (1hr by train) and Glasgow, eat in fabulous restaurants or stay and cook in our well-equipped kitchen. Clepington Victorian Villa

We are a creative family offering comfortable accommodation in our home, built in the 1870s with period features and beautiful original ornate Victorian cornice decoration. You have a large light 32 sq meter room that has a very comfy double bed and a double sofa bed. There is a table and chairs in large bay window where you can have breakfast and/or use as a working space .There is off road parking at back of property and we are well located for golfing in Carnoustie or St Andrews.
