Nestled on a serene cul-de-sac atop one of Santa Barbara's favorite neighborhoods, this newly renovated home is a secluded paradise. 5 minutes to the beach. Open-concept layout & unique outdoor space seamlessly merges indoor & outdoor living. There is a total of 4 beds/4 baths. 1 of the bedrooms and bathrooms are apart of our ADU (on the 3rd floor) which is also on the same floor as a 8ft plunge pool, hot tub, fireplace and a second kitchens.
