This turn of the century cabin is located in arguably the best neighborhood on the Russian River with direct river access via a seasonal dock and a neighborhood sandy beach. Nestled in the historic hamlet of Villa Grande, this two story cottage has a forested, off the beaten path vibe, and is walking distance to a beautiful secluded beach on the Russian River. It’s a 5 minute drive to Downtown Monte Rio, 10 minutes from Guerneville and Occidental and a stone's throw from the coast, towns, and wineries that Sonoma has to offer. Great for work (high speed internet) or play. Access to a kayak in summer.
