Riley Beach Cottage sits on stilts just a few feet above the east shore of Tomales Bay. The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. This lovely cottage is directly on the Russian River with gorgeous views. We've kept the original 1909 charm of the main living space while adding many new amenities. Your oasis awaits. BEFORE BOOKING: Be aware that the cozy second bedroom is not attached to the house, it is accessed through the main bedroom and a just few steps across the deck. The Perch

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch, our newly renovated room lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. The house has incredibly fast wifi as well as an electric car charging port. The neighborhood has a tennis court, Pee Wee golf course, community playground, and the house is walking distance from the Rio Nido Roadhouse which offers incredible food, drinks, and live music.

Nestled in the historic hamlet of Villa Grande, this two story cottage has a forested, off the beaten path vibe, and is walking distance to a beautiful secluded beach on the Russian River. It’s a 5 minute drive to Downtown Monte Rio, 10 minutes from Guerneville and Occidental and a stone's throw from the coast, towns, and wineries that Sonoma has to offer. Great for work (high speed internet) or play. Access to a kayak in summer.
