This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. The room has a single bed, private bathroom, own entrance, designated parking space, microwave oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, iron/ironing board; heater and air conditioner. Located in upper Monrovia on a private residence the apartment is a back house with upper and lower levels. The open concept loft has no walls, 18 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, stainless appliances and Jacuzzi tub. Outdoor table and bbq are a shared space.
